Is the pill too big or is my throat too small?

Freak. Everytime i swallow these painkillers they get stucked halfway. The feeling is totally weird. It's like ur choking on something yet you still can breathe. So everytime i swallow my saliva, i can feel something pushing against the wall of my throat as the muscles contracts and relaxes. YUCK. This feeling will continue to occur for around 10 minutes, until the pill has dissolved enough to fall into the stomach.

Oh well, at least the wound doesn't hurt atl all when the painkiller is in effect. Can't wait to remove the bandage on my face. WHY?
                 1. I want to see how cool is the scar
                 2. I want to see whether got kena infection anot
                 3. I want to wash my right cheek
                 4. I want to scratch it as it's getting itchy.

Showering is especially difficult to do as the wound and the bandage is not supposed to be wet. So after much planning i devised a method to bathe while keeping this darn wound and bandage dry.

PROCEDURES
1st rinse:
Carefully take off ur shirt so as not to rip off the bandage accidentally.
Start to bathe, limit the water flow up to ur neck.
Apply soap all the way until ur neck.
Wash off with water.

2nd rinse:
Dap water on the face, excluding the right cheek area with the bandage on.
Rub soap on wetted areas, careful not to contaminate bandage with soap.
Wet hands and rub away soap applied on face

3rd rinse:
Bend all the way down so water will not flow down ur face.
Run water all over ur head.
Continue to bend while applying shampoo.
Bend and wash off shampoo.
Shake off retaining water from hair and quickly press a towel against ur hair and forehead while bending.
Now u can finally stand back up straight.

LOL. Long procedures eh! And totally well planned. =P

So people, if u see soap or shampoo that wasn't washed off properly on me these few days, don't laugh at me okay! ITS DIFFICULT TO SHOWER PROPERLY.

Oh well. See you. BYED.
