Alright not my first time blogging about internship as I've done it during my poly's one. Yeah so another usual rant about how boring internship can get.
Yup. So different from the previous time, now back at NP at this company called EWTCOI, aka....... (brace yourself for a mouthful of words)..... Center of Innovation Environmental and Water Technologies.
Seriously, who the hell gave such a name for the company. First of all, it is so literal in what the company does and like everyone would go, "Oh, but I thought you do engineering?".
Come to think of it, RPI was also the same. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, "Huh, I thought you study uni?".
Gosh how I miss the States.
Ooops too much digression. But yeah, work's pretty boring. Nothing much besides watching a green tank grow greener. So much green I'm gonna go vegan soon. OK that was a joke, no meat no life.
So I met with K last night, how impromptu. Supposed to surprise her at SGH after her visit but she spoilt her own surprise as she wanted to meet me too. Feels so long since we last met though!
Took a little walk around the Gardens and as usual, too much love, too little time. Oh wells, so looking forward to tomorrow where I'll get to meet her again!
I've been thinking to myself lately about this sustenance in a relationship, hoping to attain some enlightenment on the issue. Well, I'll be realistic and I do foresee issues popping up here and there in the course of a relationship and I really want to approach each of these in a mature manner, not to end up in a big fight or argument that will eventually corrode the ties away.
I mean, it's a young relationship and when the lulls come, they are going to be a challenge for me, as it's the first time I am going to have to deal with it.
Then again, all this talk stands for nothing if I cannot keep to it. So I gotta remind myself that I've thought this way in my logical state of mind and shall not let emotions get the better of me at times like that.
I AM MATURE. (i hope)
